Chiller Technician

Our client is an HVAC service provider specializing in commercial and industrial cooling systems. With a commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction, we are seeking a skilled Chiller Technician.

Job Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable Chiller Technician with experience in the field. The ideal candidate will be an experienced technician in chiller systems, including centrifugal, screw, and absorption chillers. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform complex installations, repairs, and maintenance on various types of chillers, including centrifugal, screw, and absorption chillers
• Conduct thorough inspections and diagnostics to identify issues and develop effective solutions
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to optimize chiller performance and extend equipment life
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex chiller system issues, including electrical, mechanical, and control problems
• Perform start-up and commissioning of new chiller installations
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, repairs, and system performance
• Collaborate with other departments to improve overall HVAC system efficiency and effectiveness
• Stay up-to-date with the latest chiller technologies, industry trends, and best practices
• Provide expert technical advice and recommendations to clients and internal teams
• Manage inventory of parts and supplies, ensuring adequate stock for maintenance and repairs
• Assist in developing and implementing energy-saving strategies for chiller systems
